CANCELLATIONS put in welcome package
Last day to cancel is September 16, 2022. A $100 service fee will be charged and there are no exceptions to this charge. There will be no refunds after September 16, 2022 and there will be no refunds for “no shows.”

MEALS put in welcome package
Meals are wholesome home-style food that is served in a common dining room, family style. There is a saladbar and/or soup available during lunch and dinner. If you have specific dietary needs, (for example, if yourequire soy milk) please be sure to bring your own and we will try to find room in the community refrigerator.
DIETARY RESTRICTIONS put in registration
The kitchen tries to accommodate dietary restrictions including vegetarians. Please list dietary restrictions so we may alert the kitchen on the registration form
FACILITIES put in registration package
The facilities at Wildacres are remote and rustic. There is no maid service during your stay. The towels may be exchanged mid-week if you choose to do so. Please be aware that Wildacres is an educational retreat, not a resort.
TRANSPORTATION
If traveling by air, Charlotte and Asheville airports are the closest to Wildacres and there are car rental agencies available in those locations. There is no public transportation to Wildacres and ground transportation options are listed on the airport websites: Asheville - https://flyavl.com/groundtransportation and Charlotte - https://www.cltairport.com/to-and-from/limo-and-shuttle-services/. You are responsible for making arrangements
ahead of time with any ground transport services and for payment for such services.
