Modern Masters 2021 rooming, mobility and release forms
Due to the coronavirus Wildacres is not charging extra for single room this year.  However, we have only 28 room available for our group.  If everyone wants a single we will only have room for 24 students.  We hope that some of you will be willing to share a room so that we can accommodate more students.  Rooms are in two 3-story lodges and have private baths.  Wildacres is a retreat center, not a resort, and the accommodations are clean but basic.  There is no maid service, room service, air conditioning, TV, hair dryers or elevators. Wildacres website is www.wildacres.org and the emergency contact number is 1-828-756-4573.

    If you are willing to be assigned a roommate female or male and have special conditions or requirements that we should know please list below: For example: Are you a smoker, will you share a room with a smoker, do you snore, are sensitive to light, sound, are you a light sleeper, insomniac, use a white noise machine, use a CPAP machine, do you stay up late. Do you have mobility issues that we should know about. If you have requested a single room or are rooming with a friend skip this part scroll down to the Release Form at bottom.
    ​Do you have any mobility issues in terms of your room assignment that require special attention for room assignment. For example: Cannot do stairs, cannot walk long distance.
    RELEASE
    As part of the consideration, in addition to the registration fee paid to the Florida Society of Goldsmiths for giving the course for which I have registered, I hereby release the Florida Society of Goldsmiths Board of Directors, its members, as well as any person or entity on whose property such course may be given, from any liability for personal injury or property damage that I may sustain due to negligence, or otherwise, in connection with any such course, whether by ingress or egress, attendance or otherwise.
