FSG Virtual Workshop Registration and Cancellation Policies

Registration Policy (in-person and online classes)

  • Online Classes: Students must download Zoom prior to the first day of class. 

  • Students will receive an email with the instructor supplies/materials list upon registration.

  • Fee based Materials kit information will be supplied upon registration.

  • Students will receive a reminder email with materials/supplies list 14 days prior to class.

  • Students will receive a Zoom access link one week prior to the start of class.

Cancellation Policy (in-person and online classes)

For Students who cancel for any reason 30 days or more before the start of a virtual class:

  • Receive a full refund: A 5% administrative fee will be deducted from the course tuition refunded if a student chooses to be reimbursed by check or credit card. 

  • Students who cancel 29 -7 days before the start of a virtual class: Course fees may be applied to another class in the form of a class voucher upon approval of FSG. A credit voucher will be issued toward another class. Credit vouchers must be used within six months. 

  • Students who cancel within 7 days before the start of a virtual class, it is NOT possible to refund any tuition or material fees because they have already been invested in the course.
